The Role/Key Accountabilities

  • Conceptual work on definition and implementation of the corporate finance strategy, especially in financing.
  • Execution of external financing transactions and financing transactions within the Porsche group.
  • Optimization of the capital structure of subsidiaries.
  • Continuous improvement of the risk management processes to steer financial risk positions.
  • Projects within the corporate finance and treasury area.
  • Preparation of reports for the board of directors and the supervisory board.
  • Maintenance of the corporate finance policy and adjustment of processes to changing regulatory standards.
  • Development of concepts and evaluation of systems to foster data analytics in the field of corporate finance and treasury.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Economics or a comparable course and over 5 years of relevant professional experience.

You will also have profound knowledge of the concepts of corporate finance.

In addition, you will have:

  • Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English
  • A structured, conceptual, and analytical working style
  • Strong teamwork, integration, and communication skills
  • A high sense of responsibility, independent approach to work and great commitment
  • Ideally, experience with programming languages (R, Python)
  • Knowledge of the impact of financing transactions on financial statements and taxes highly preferable
