The Role Overview

The Treasury Assistant will support the department with a focus on strong Cashflow reporting whilst demonstrating efficient management of the Back Office function, timely settlement of Head Office payments, and interaction with Group Finance colleagues when overseeing Intercompany settlement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidating and analyzing weekly cash flow forecasts on a 13-week rolling basis
  • Managing Back Office – Trade Confirmation (FX/IRS) – 360T, Finastra CMS / Queries / Netting / Database
  • Preparing and Processing Group Treasury and Head Office payments – CitiDirect / HSBCnet
  • Managing Intercompany Loan Settlement
  • Reconciliation of daily transactions to Bank
  • Reporting – Assisting with Collating data / preparing Treasury slides.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in production of Cashflow forecasting
  • Back Office processes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and effectively
  • Electronic Banking Payment system exposure
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
