Key responsibilities:

  • Administration of bank accounts, bank account users, and netting participants,
  • Daily cash management,
  • Prepare monthly cash forecast (review and consolidate worldwide submissions),
  • Collaborate with other corporate functions (tax, legal, accounting),
  • Collect and consolidate treasury data from affiliates,
  • Maintain Treasury records up to date (e-banking users, databases, etc..),
  • Liaise with banks to resolve issues in a timely manner,
  • Liaise with auditors and provide supporting documents as needed,
  • Act as electronic banking master user and administrator,
  • Prepare periodic reports (month-end, quarter-end, year-end),
  • Complete bank account documentation (KYC, account opening, bank mandates…),
  • Support Treasury Manager EMEA,
  • Perform ad-hoc treasury analysis,
  • Support ad hoc treasury projects.

The candidate

  • University degree in finance/business/accounting,
  • 2 years+ experience in the corporate treasury of a multinational group,
  • Payments and cash management experience,
  • Cash-pooling experience (notional and physical),
  • Electronic banking experience,
  • Good knowledge of Excel,
  • Analytical, organized, attention to detail, able to meet deadlines, proactive,
  • English fluent and professional, any other language an advantage,
  • Good verbal and written communication skills,
