An exciting opportunity has come up with one of our big US clients to join their Treasury team as the first UK based person within Treasury.  They are major global business consulting firm with a partnership spanning across 40 countries and who have almost 100 years of operating history.

  • The Treasury Analyst will assist in the day-to-day Treasury functions.
  • This position will collaborate with members at all levels of the partnership and play a key role in supporting the
    department’s strategic financial initiatives.
  • The position will be primarily responsible for cash management, banking operations, and intercompany portfolio management.
  • You will also assist in managing short-term investments, and debt administration.

Primary functions and responsibilities

  • Manage the daily cash operations across the world, assessing daily liquidity needs including
    borrowing and investing decisions recommendations
  • Manage international KYC requests and other bank compliance and legal documentation as
    requested
  • Key member for bank administration for opening, closing, signature update, service request and
    implementations
  • Management of the intercompany loan portfolio, assisting with loan documentation, calculation
    of interest and intercompany positions
  • Support to sustain treasury policies
  • Support and manage other projects as needed including TMS implementation

Qualifications, knowledge, and skills required

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • 3 – 4 years minimum experience in a relevant international treasury environment
  • SAP 4/Hanna experience highly preferred
  • Good computer skills with programs such as MS Excel, Access
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong financial and mathematic abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Good team player and capable to collaborate with peers inside of the treasury team and with other stakeholders
  • Open to travel with quarterly business trips to Chicago/New York
