Treasury Operations Manager for a Global Charity

We are pleased to be recruiting for an amazing charity organisation who work on a global scale alongside partners in developing countries to treat preventable disabilities. They are looking for an approachable, friendly Treasury Operations Manager to join their fast-paced Treasury Department.

The Role

Within the role you will be responsible in running the Treasury Operations whilst reporting to the Head of Treasury, as well as having three direct reports who you will support in their daily duties.

You will ensure that the Treasury Operations meet the needs of the organisation’s Treasury related needs. Whilst making sure that all payments for suppliers and partners accounts for the UK and overseas are reviewed and approved.

As the ideal candidate you will possess a background in Treasury/ Treasury Operations, ideally within a fast-paced environment. You should have a thorough understanding of payments processing, FX and audit preparation.

You will have previous experience of managing a team as you will need to be able to influence the team as well as being flexible as you will need to support to your team in times of heavy workload and annual leave cover.

It is key that you have strong communication skills as you will need to build a rapport with the stakeholders and the wider finance team.
