Why I Created The Treasury Salary Survey
Ever since 2002, our Global Treasury Salary survey has offered an accurate picture of salary ranges and market trends.
That mission still exists today but it has expanded to focus on the sentiments related to job satisfaction, overall fulfilment and understanding “THE WHY” behind these attitudes.

The Treasury Recruitment Company Global Treasury Salary Survey 2022
We released the latest set of results of our Global Treasury Salary Survey at the end of 2021.
Since then, the survey has continued to grow, currently numbering over 600 treasury professionals, our dream is to expand the survey to over 1,000 participants.
Recent improvements include;
- a review of current market sentiment in terms of the rise of hybrid working i.e., what employers are expecting versus what employees are telling us they would prefer in terms of work-life balance
- further sub-division of the categories of Treasury Consultant & Senior Treasury Consultant and Group Treasurer & Global Treasurer / Treasury Director providing greater insight into the difference in terms of responsibility and relative scale of the positions
- details of the conversion factors used within the survey itself
