We have been exclusively retained to support a global group of innovative technology businesses with the appointment of a Treasury Analyst.
Operating across a diverse portfolio of businesses internationally, the Group develops products and solutions that help address some of the world’s most important health, safety and environmental challenges.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build and develop their treasury career within a large, international and continually evolving organisation.
Working closely with the Group Treasurer and wider treasury team, you will support the day-to-day treasury operations while gaining broad exposure across the function and contributing to a range of projects and improvement initiatives.
The team is open to different backgrounds and levels of experience. You may already be working within corporate treasury, or you could be working within a wider finance role where you have gained relevant treasury exposure and are now looking to make treasury your career.
More important than knowing everything already is having a genuine interest in treasury, curiosity, initiative and a desire to learn and develop.
The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management and forecasting through Kyriba.
- Process intercompany and external payments.
- Support and maintain treasury systems, banking platforms and connectivity.
- Liaise with operating companies on cash, banking and foreign exchange queries.
- Support treasury projects and process improvement initiatives, using systems and technology to help improve how the team operates.
- Prepare treasury reports and financial analysis to provide meaningful insight.
- Respond to ad hoc requests from operating companies and Head Office.
The Candidate
We are open to candidates with around 12–18 months+ corporate treasury experience, as well as those looking to move into treasury from a broader finance role.
If you are coming from accounting, AP, AR or another finance role, you will need to demonstrate relevant treasury exposure. This could include cash management, payments, working closely with a treasury team or taking responsibility for treasury-related activities within your current role.
We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:
- Experience or exposure to cash management and payments.
- An interest in financial systems, technology and process improvement, with a mindset of looking at how tools and systems can be used to make improvements.
- A genuine interest in treasury and a clear reason for wanting to develop your career within it.
- Curiosity, initiative and the ability to learn independently.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build relationships to get things done.
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
Experience using a Treasury Management System, including Kyriba, would be beneficial but is not essential.

Location
The role is hybrid, with the flexibility to be based either at Head Office in North West London or in the City, with travel to Head Office around twice a month.
