Frank is a seasoned finance professional with over 14 years at Blackstone, currently serving as Managing Director and Assistant Treasurer. He oversees Global Treasury Operations, Control, the Program Management Team, with direct oversight of the Treasury Management System.
Frank has been with Blackstone since January 2010, starting as Senior Vice President and advancing to Managing Director and Assistant Treasurer in January 2020.
Before joining Blackstone, Frank was President of Varvara Consulting, LLC, providing consulting services to obtain operational efficiencies through automation and implementation of technology solutions to streamline processing of financial transactions. At DPM Mellon, he served as Director of Financial Control & Administration, managing financial control for a $37M hedge fund administrator with 300 employees over three regional sites. Frank also worked at UBS Financial Services as Associate Director of Insurance Operations, achieving a 0.00% error rate. He served as a Financial Advisor at Prudential and was Vice President at Datek Online, where he increased annual revenues by $8MM.
Earlier roles include Financial Controller at CitiBank and Assistant Vice President at TD Waterhouse.
Frank holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers University. He is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and previously held FINRA Certifications: Series 7, 24, 55, 63, 65.
Trish Fisher is a multi-award-winning payments technologist and TMANY Board Member with nearly 20 years of experience in treasury operations.
Passionate and results-oriented she leverages cutting-edge technology and cross-functional collaboration to optimize cash management and business processes.
Trish is currently the Treasurer at Wafra, a role she has held since June 2023. Before this, she was at WeWork, where she progressed from Director of Treasury Operations to Assistant Treasurer over four years.
She spent over eight years at Tishman Speyer, where she served as Director of Treasury, managing global payments operations and audits, and developing operational best practices. Earlier, she held roles at Rockwood Specialties, Hess Corporation, and Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc., gaining extensive experience in cash management and SOX compliance.
Trish holds an MBA from Western Governors University and a BA in Liberal Arts from Sarah Lawrence College.
She is also a mom of two kids, ages 11 and 9.
David is the Vice President, Treasurer at Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Reporting directly to the CFO, he manages cash flow, capital allocation, debt investor relations, and funding for Harley-Davidson’s $8 billion finance subsidiary, HDFS, raising up to $3 billion annually.
In 2023, he served as Interim CFO, overseeing financial statements, controls, working capital, supply chain, and maintaining relationships with auditors and the Board.
With over 30 years of financial expertise, David has worked in the UK, US, Qatar, and Barbados. At NatWest, he led asset-backed finance in Europe before moving to the US to co-head U.S. asset-backed finance. Subsequently, as NatWest Qatar’s Country Head, he managed key client relationships, including with the Qatar Investment Authority.
At Terex Corporation, he restructured the Treasury function and balance sheet, freeing $400 million in capital, outsourcing finance functions, and overhauling the company’s bank group.
David holds an MBA (Distinction) from Manchester Business School and has completed strategic programs at Harvard Business School, Cambridge Judge Business School and INSEAD. He is also a Certified Red Team Thinker.
