Meredith Vance is Senior Vice President, Global Treasurer at NTT DATA, Inc. in Plano Texas

Prior to joining NTT DATA, she was Assistant Treasurer at PayPal, Inc. and eBay Inc. Meredith has deep expertise across the global treasury organization in both a corporate and advisory capacity.

She previously held senior treasury roles at Royal Caribbean Group and Electronic Data Systems as well as global treasury advisory positions at Ernst and Young LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP.

Meredith has served on the Board of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) since 2018 and frequently engages in both speaking opportunities and written publications on topics such as treasury transformation, global liquidity structuring and treasury leadership.

In 2021, she was awarded the Adam Smith highly commended global Top Treasury Team recognition and 2016 highly commended Best Liquidity Management Solution from Treasury Today.

Sandra Ramos-Alves

Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Bristol Myers Squibb

Sandra Ramos-Alves has been Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Bristol Myers Squibb since 2021 where she has been transforming the organization into an award-winning team.  She joined the company in 2019 with the acquisition of Celgene Corporation as Vice President and Assistant Treasurer.  She sits as the Chair of the Pension & Savings Committee and is an active Director of the Captive insurance company.

While at Celgene, she was Executive Director and Assistant Treasurer and held roles of increasing responsibility since joining in 2005.  She had the opportunity to stand up and build a best-in-class Treasury organization, established the financial risk management programs and the banking infrastructure, optimized the capital structure, and financed multiple acquisitions in the debt capital markets.

Sandra was with Cendant Corporation from 2002-2005 where she focused on international Treasury and foreign exchange risk management.  She began her career in 1995 as part of the Finance Leadership Program at AT&T and Lucent Technologies.  During those formative years, Sandra made the most of her language skills as she lived in Guadalajara, Mexico for a year supporting Lucent’s consumer products manufacturing operations, and then transitioned to internal audit and performed operational and financial audits throughout South America, which lead to a year in Campinas, Brazil leading the financial integration of two acquisitions.  She commenced her Treasury journey in 2001 when she returned to the US.

Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Spanish from Rutgers University and a Master of Science in Accounting with a concentration in Strategic Cost Management and Entrepreneurial Finance from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.  She is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Sandra resides in New Jersey with her husband and two children.  She enjoys traveling with her family, exploring the world, and learning about new cultures.  In her free time, she loves engaging in amateur photography.

Lee-Ann Perkins

Assistant Treasurer at Ankura

Lee-Ann Perkins is originally from South Africa where she received her bachelor’s degree in management accounting before moving to the USA on expat assignment with her husband. She obtained an MBA with honors and due to a continued interest in compliance and governance Lee-Ann completed the inaugural Financial Compliance Certificate through Chicago-Kent Law School in 2016. In 2021 she was awarded the FCT fellow designation with merit from the Association of Corporate Treasurers in the U.K.

Lee-Ann holds the Association of Finance Professionals (AFP) CTP and CTP (CD) Canadian certifications and is recognized as a Subject Matter Expert by the AFP serving on the CTP exam formulation committee since 2008. Lee-Ann has been a member the AFP Treasury Advisory Group since 2017, current Advisory Board member for NACHA.  She has served on the Houston Treasury Management Association Board as President & Chairman and held various other committee roles over the years. Lee-Ann is a regular presenter and panelist at global treasury conferences including AFP and EuroFinance as well as a keynote speaker at industry events. She is also a guest speaker on multiple global podcasts and has authored and been interviewed for multiple treasury and finance publications.

Lee-Ann has been a Treasury practitioner for 22 years and held roles in increasing authority in international Publicly traded and Private companies.
