About the Opportunity

We’re working with a fast-growing, digitally driven insurance provider that’s redefining how clients approach retirement and annuity solutions. Backed by experienced leadership and a strong capital base, they’ve built a treasury function from the ground up and now need a hands-on Treasury Management Systems Lead to help take it to the next level.

The Role

Reporting to the Treasurer, this is a unique opportunity to lead the implementation of a brand-new Treasury Management System (TMS) while shaping core operational processes for a startup treasury function.

You’ll be the key interface between Treasury, Finance, Risk, and external banking partners, helping to build robust systems, controls, and analytics that support long-term growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the day-to-day leadership of a full TMS implementation and future upgrades
  • Administer banking and payment systems, acting as the key contact for day-to-day operations
  • Design and implement treasury processes and controls across cash, liquidity, collateral, and capital
  • Collaborate closely with Finance on payment reconciliations and bank account oversight
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools for executive leadership and board use
  • Support liquidity forecasting and stress testing, working alongside senior leadership
  • Contribute to the wider liquidity and capital strategy of the group

What They’re Looking For

  • 5–10 years of corporate treasury experience (insurance sector a bonus)
  • Proven TMS and banking system expertise; JPMorgan Access and/or Oracle experience a plus
  • A solid grasp of US banking, payments, and liquidity management
  • Hands-on knowledge of cash flow, capital, and collateral risk
  • Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and project management ability
  • A team player with great communication skills and a self-starting mindset
  • Qualifications such as MBA, CFA, or CTP will be viewed favorably

Why Apply?

  • Join a dynamic startup with significant growth plans and a tech-first approach
  • Make your mark by building systems and processes from the ground up
  • Work closely with C-level leadership in a high-impact, visible role
  • Competitive compensation, strong benefits, and a collaborative culture
