Mary Wienclaw is the Director of Investor Relations at Baxter International Inc.

As an accomplished finance and treasury leader she has 15+ years of experience driving capital markets strategy, FX risk management, and financial transformation across global corporations.

Since joining Baxter in 2020, she has progressed through multiple leadership roles—most recently leading capital markets strategy after successfully managing FX forecasting and operational treasury.

Prior to Baxter, Mary held pivotal treasury and finance roles at Duracell Inc., including Senior Manager of Corporate Accounting and Treasury, where she steered integration projects post-divestiture and strengthened treasury operations. Her early experience at CommScope and TCF Bank built her foundation in treasury analysis and financial services.

Mary holds a Master’s in Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance from Northern Illinois University. She also holds certifications in business fundamentals, strategy, and problem solving.

Petar Tomicic

Senior Treasury Manager, Americas at Amcor plc

Petar is a senior treasury professional with 10+ years’ experience across corporate treasury, FX risk management, cash and liquidity management, working capital, commercial paper and treasury systems.

He is currently Senior Manager, Treasury at Amcor and previously spent over seven years with Beam Suntory, where he led a Treasury Management System implementation covering bank account management, payments, cash forecasting, FX, debt and investments.

Earlier in his career, Petar held treasury roles at Hollister Incorporated, gaining hands-on experience across FX hedging, cash management, payments, bank portals, SAP/EDI connectivity and treasury reporting.

He is also a Certified Treasury Professional and Vice President / Board Member of the Treasury Management Association of Chicago.

Sherri Nicole Speaks

VP, Treasury at JBT Marel Corporation

Sherri currently serves as Vice President, Treasury at JBT Marel Corporation (JBTM).  JBTM is a leading global technology solutions provider to high-value segments of the food and beverage industry with corporate offices in Chicago. In her role, she oversees the company’s capital structure, bank relations, cash and debt management, foreign exchange and insurance risk management programs, credit management, and trade finance activities.  Additionally, Sherri works with the Corporate Development team on acquisition funding, due diligence, and integration.

Prior to joining JBTM in 2014, Sherri worked at Illinois Tool Works in Glenview, IL in a number of Treasury roles.

Prior to ITW, Sherri worked for several years in the sub-prime mortgage industry.

Sherri holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Illinois, a Master’s in Accounting and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Sherri has been actively involved with the Association of Financial Professional (AFP) for over 15 years, working on the Certified Treasury Professional exam committee and the Conference Planning Task Force.  In 2024, Sherri was elected to the Board of Directors for AFP.

Sherri is a lifelong Chicago resident.
