Louise Woodroffe

Head of Treasury at Hastings Direct

Louise Woodroffe is currently the Head of Treasury at Hastings Direct, where she leads the treasury function.

She brings over 15 years of treasury and finance experience across a mix of FTSE-listed companies, financial services, retail, and global corporates.

Prior to joining Hastings Direct, Louise held senior treasury roles at Marks & Spencer and Burberry, where she served as Assistant Group Treasurer, supporting complex funding structures, risk management frameworks, and strategic treasury initiatives.

Earlier in her career, Louise held treasury leadership and specialist roles at First Quantum Minerals, Motability Operations, British Land, and Royal Bank of Scotland, building a strong technical foundation across capital management, treasury operations, and financial governance.

Louise is a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (FCT) and holds the Advanced Diploma in Treasury Management, alongside her CGMA qualification.

Tanja Holden

International Treasurer at Acrisure Insurance

Tanja is the International Treasurer at Acrisure Insurance.

Tanja joined Acrisure from Ocado Group plc, a FTSE100 technology company, where she was the Group Treasurer.

At Ocado Tanja lead the Treasury teams through significant transformation, to build a FTSE100 appropriate Treasury team for the Group.

Prior to Ocado, Tanja spent nearly a decade in senior Treasury roles at Kohler Co., an $8bn private US manufacturing company, particularly focused on refinancing, automation strategy, as well as building the global Treasury talent pools.

Previously Tanja worked in various Finance and Treasury roles at Dyson in the UK.

Stuart Case

Executive Director, Treasury, Sky/Comcast

Stuart Case is Executive Director, Treasury, Sky/Comcast, where he leads the global treasury function, overseeing funding, liquidity, and financial risk management across the business.

He brings extensive treasury leadership experience across multiple industries including media, travel, and global consumer brands. Prior to Sky, Stuart spent over a decade at TUI Travel PLC, where he progressed to Director of Group Treasury, leading a central team of 16 and taking responsibility for funding strategy, banking relationships, and risk management across the group. Earlier in his career, he held treasury roles at adidas and Johnson Controls, building deep expertise in international treasury operations.

Stuart’s experience spans debt capital markets, securitisation, FX and interest rate risk, commodity risk, and global cash and liquidity management. He is a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers and serves as an ACT Council Member, contributing to the development of the treasury profession.
