Benjamin Seal is the Director, Global Treasury & Risk Management at Inotiv, where he leads liquidity, risk, and treasury strategy across the organisation.

He brings more than 15 years of treasury and shared services experience, with deep expertise in global cash management, liquidity forecasting, debt compliance, supplier finance, and bank relationship management.

Prior to Inotiv, Benjamin spent over a decade at Cenveo, progressing from Business Analyst through to Vice President of Treasury Services, where he oversaw short and long-term liquidity, treasury policy, debt structure, insurance programs, and capital lease financing.

Benjamin is known for his strong focus on process improvement and positioning treasury as a true business partner. He has published multiple articles on treasury’s evolving role, including liquidity optimisation, supply chain finance, and continuous improvement.

Sabrina Janulis

Director of Treasury, Baxter International Inc.

Sabrina Janulis is the Director of Treasury at Baxter International, where she leads global treasury operations and cash management across the Americas and Asia Pacific.

With over 15 years at Baxter, she has played a central role in treasury transformation, global cash management centralisation, and the implementation of major process and technology initiatives, including a global payment hub and Treasury Management System.

Sabrina has supported complex business developments, including setting up new banking structures and treasury operations for large-scale corporate separations. Her background spans treasury, finance transformation, compliance, forensic accounting, and data analytics, giving her a broad, commercial perspective on risk, control, and efficiency in large global organisations.

She began her career in forensic and dispute services at Deloitte, working on fraud investigations, litigation support and complex financial claims.

Sabrina holds CPA, CTP, and CFE certifications and a Master of Accounting Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Brian Gittelman

Deputy Treasurer, Kapitus

Brian Gittelman is a Certified Treasury Professional and Deputy Treasurer at Kapitus, with extensive experience leading global treasury operations across organisations including Chubb, Arcadium Lithium, and FMC Corporation.

He specialises in cash management, liquidity strategy, and treasury transformation, with a strong track record of improving cash visibility, implementing treasury systems, and delivering cost savings.

Brian has led international teams and overseen treasury operations across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia.

Known for combining technology with practical treasury expertise, he focuses on driving efficiency, strengthening controls, and building high-performing teams.
