He is a strategic treasury leader with deep experience delivering treasury transformation across public and private organisations, with a strong focus on technology, governance, and building high-performing teams.

John James has held senior treasury roles at Glen Dimplex, DCC plc, and Grafton Group, following earlier experience at IBM.

He is an Adam Smith Award winner for Best Cash Management Solution and has been recognised by the Real IT Awards for operational efficiency and innovation.

He holds an MSc in Investment, Treasury and Banking from Dublin City University and is a Chartered Management Accountant.

John James is also an Adjunct Lecturer in the recently launched Professional Diploma in Corporate Treasury

Donna Foley

Global Treasury Director, Sandisk

Donna Foley is a senior treasury leader with deep expertise in global cash operations, banking systems, and treasury transformation.

She is currently Global Treasury Director at SanDisk, following more than 15 years at Xerox, where she held a range of senior treasury roles including Treasury Director, Global Cash Operations.

Donna has led global banking and merchant services, electronic banking security and controls, and large-scale treasury systems implementations, including bank and ERP integrations and TMS governance.

Her background spans treasury operations, internal controls, change management, treasury accounting, and investment and insurance activities, with a strong track record of standardising processes and driving automation across multinational environments.

She holds an MSc in Investment, Treasury and Banking from Dublin City University and is based in Dublin, Ireland.

Rónán Clifford

Senior Director Treasury, Honeywell

Rónán Clifford is a Senior Director of Treasury and EMEA Treasury Lead at Honeywell, based in Dublin.

He has over 15 years of corporate treasury experience, spanning front, middle, and back office roles across multinational environments.

Rónán is known for his strong business partnering approach and focus on technology and digital adoption within treasury.

His background includes leadership roles across EMEA, managing FX, liquidity, investments, counterparty risk, and in-house banking structures.

He has been recognised at the Adam Smith Awards, including a Highly Commended First Class Relationship Management Award and Best Digitisation Project as part of a Top Treasury Team.

Aimee Cullen

Director Global Cash, Carrier

Aimee Cullen is a senior global treasury leader and qualified accountant with deep experience across cash management, capital markets, liquidity structures, and financial risk management within multinational environments.

She is currently Director of Global Cash at Carrier, having previously held senior treasury leadership roles at Primark, CarTrawler, and Johnson & Johnson.

Aimee has led complex, enterprise-wide treasury initiatives spanning cash pooling, in-house banks, working capital optimisation, capital structure management, and large-scale system implementations.

Her career includes significant international exposure across EMEA, LatAm, and the US, along with a strong track record in building and developing high-performing, multicultural treasury teams.

She is the 2023 President of the Irish Association of Corporate Treasurers (IACT) and holds ACCA and AMCT qualifications, alongside a BA in Economics from Trinity College Dublin.
