Lorena Pérez Sandroni

Group Treasurer at TMF Group

Lorena Sandroni is the Group Treasurer at TMF Group, based in Amsterdam, with close to 23 years of international corporate treasury experience across diverse industries. She brings deep, hands-on expertise in cash centralization, liquidity management and optimization, foreign exchange risk management, funding, and treasury technology.

Throughout her career, Lorena has successfully led treasury transformations, implemented Treasury Management Systems, and designed centralized cash and liquidity structures within complex, multi-entity organizations. She has built and led high-performing international Treasury teams, fostering a strong culture of ownership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

A strong advocate for cross-functional collaboration, Lorena works closely with Finance, Accounting, and Business Operations to deliver integrated solutions that support global transformation initiatives and drive sustainable, long-term value for the organization.

Feliks Indenbaum

Head of Group Treasury, JetBrains

Feliks Indenbaum is Head of Group Treasury at JetBrains, based in Amsterdam, reporting directly to the Group CFO.

He brings over 20 years of experience spanning corporate treasury, banking, and financial markets, with deep expertise in liquidity, FX, investments, and global bank relationship management across Europe and the CIS.

Feliks has built and led treasury functions in complex, fast-growing international organisations and is known for combining strong technical depth with pragmatic execution. He holds a PhD in Economics, a Professional MBA in Banking, a Certificate in Treasury from the ACT, and a Diploma in Corporate Governance.
