Robert (Bob) Kane is Vice President, Corporate Treasurer at Neptune Retail Solutions, based in New York.

He is a highly experienced financial executive with more than 40 years of leadership across corporate treasury, finance, and strategic planning in publicly traded, private equity–backed, and non-profit organisations.

Bob has held senior roles at PepsiCo, Exxon Corporation, WestPoint Home, Southwire Company, Innocor, and Educational Records Bureau, where he was CFO and led a successful financial turnaround.

He is known as a trusted advisor to executive teams, with deep expertise in treasury, cash forecasting, FP&A, and building high-performing finance teams.

Bob holds an Executive MBA from Georgia State University, a BBA in Accounting from Oglethorpe University, and is a Certified Management Accountant.

Deepali Chawla

Chief Treasury Officer at Moody's Corporation

Deepali Chawla joined Moody’s in February 2019 as International Treasurer and was appointed as the Chief Treasury officer in August 2023.

In this role, she is responsible for all treasury operations, including cash and banking needs, as well as corporate finance responsibilities, including repatriation, debt capital markets and hedging, among others.

Deepali has over 20 years of corporate treasury experience having worked in senior positions across multiple treasury functions at Hewlett Packard, General Electric and Huawei.

She is also an MBA and Math honor graduate from Delhi University.

Keith Gaub

Vice President & Assistant Treasurer at Bristol-Myers Squibb

Keith Gaub is currently Vice President and Assistant Treasurer at Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS), with responsibility for capital markets, financial risk management, and international treasury.

Prior to joining BMS, Keith worked at Zoetis for 9 years.  He most recently served as Senior Director of Investor Relations, where he managed relationships with sell-side analysts and large institutional investors, in addition to supporting their CEO & CFO during earnings announcements.

Keith joined Zoetis following the company’s spin-off from Pfizer where he played a key role in establishing the Treasury function.  He was responsible for global capital markets, where he oversaw capital raises, risk and investment management, and financial policy.

Prior to Zoetis, Keith was with Lehman Brothers and Barclays in several different capacities, including liquidity management, secured and unsecured financing, and municipal bond sales.
