Manoj Panda is a senior global finance and treasury executive with over 20 years of experience leading capital markets, IPO execution, debt financing, FX risk management, and global treasury operations for Fortune 500 and public companies.

Currently serving as Vice President & Treasurer at Bausch + Lomb, he has successfully led multi-billion-dollar financing, refinancing, and M&A integration initiatives across North America, Europe, and APAC.

He has held leadership roles at Bausch Health Companies, Quest Diagnostics, AdvanSix, and Tyco International.

Manoj holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University

Brooke Tilton-Foley

Vice President, Treasury Operations at Paramount

Brooke Tilton-Foley is a treasury operations leader with deep experience across technology transformation, process automation, global cash management, merger integration and bank relationship management.

Brooke has almost three decades of experience in Treasury. During her time at MTV Networks and later Viacom, she has been involved in credit and collections, global cash flow and capital expense planning. When Viacom and CBS merged in 2020, she became Vice President, Treasury Operations, overseeing the integration of US liquidity, treasury systems, policies and bank account management for the two media companies.

Her experience includes leading project teams in the design and implementation of TMS, several bank account management systems, and SWIFT connectivity. She is currently focused on special projects including the implementation of Oracle Fusion for Paramount Skydance.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Spanish from the University of Pittsburgh.

Robert Westreich

Senior Vice President, Treasurer & Chief Tax Officer & GBS at Newell Brands

Robert Westreich is a global finance executive and corporate tax attorney with more than 30 years of leadership experience in multinational organizations. He specializes in treasury, tax strategy, capital markets, risk management, and finance transformation, and is recognized for driving business performance through strategic leadership and operational excellence.

He currently serves as Senior Vice President, Treasurer, and Chief Tax Officer at Newell Brands, leading the company’s global tax, treasury, and global business services functions. Previously, he led global tax and treasury at Ralph Lauren. Earlier roles include senior leadership positions at Forest Laboratories, Pharmacia, American Standard, Philips Electronics, and KPMG.

A frequent speaker on tax, treasury, and finance transformation, he holds degrees in Accounting, Taxation, and Law, and is a New York CPA.
