Tai Carr-Fraser is Vice President, Treasurer at Capri Holdings Limited, the global luxury group behind Versace, Jimmy Choo, and Michael Kors. She leads the group’s global treasury operations, overseeing liquidity, FX strategy, capital markets, intercompany funding, and global cash flow for one of the world’s most recognisable fashion portfolios.

A Certified Treasury Professional with nearly 15 years of retail finance experience, Tai works closely with Capri’s CFO and senior leadership to drive initiatives that enhance working capital, banking infrastructure, and treasury technology. Her remit includes debt management, share repurchase programs, SOX compliance, and M&A integration.

Tai is equally committed to people and purpose. She actively champions diversity and inclusion as Treasurer of Capri’s Scholarship Foundation and a leader of the BOLD employee network. Denis Bräuer

VP & Corporate Treasurer at Element Solutions Inc.

Denis Bräuer is Vice President and Corporate Treasurer at Element Solutions Inc., a global specialty chemicals company headquartered in the U.S. with operations spanning more than 100 countries. Based in Switzerland, Denis leads the company’s global treasury and financial risk functions, overseeing liquidity, capital structure, and strategic financial planning.

With over 20 years of experience, Denis has held senior finance and treasury leadership roles at major multinationals including Cisco, Hewlett Packard, and Gottex Brokers. His expertise covers M&A integration, foreign exchange, capital markets, and cross-border liquidity management. He is known for simplifying complex processes, driving operational efficiency, and leading global teams through transformation and growth.

In addition to his corporate role, Denis sits on the Global Treasury Leaders Advisory Board for The Economist, contributing thought leadership to the wider treasury community.

Denis holds a Master’s degree in Economics and combines deep technical knowledge with a pragmatic, innovation-driven approach to modern treasury leadership.
