Pradipto Bagchi is Treasurer at Zimmer Biomet, a global medical technology company operating in over 100 countries. With more than two decades of experience, he brings a unique blend of treasury, capital markets, and corporate strategy expertise across multiple sectors.

He began his career in engineering before moving into consulting and technology. Over time, he transitioned into finance, holding senior treasury roles at IBM, PepsiCo, and Allergan. Since joining Zimmer Biomet, Pradipto has played a key role in strengthening the company’s financial position, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, helping to stabilise the balance sheet through uncertain times.

A strong believer in the “Treasury Plus” mindset, Pradipto consistently adds value beyond core treasury responsibilities—contributing to investor relations, FP&A, and broader business initiatives. He also leads a global team and is passionate about building personal connections across geographies.

His broad background and leadership approach make him a valuable contributor to today’s evolving treasury landscape.
