Kiera is a seasoned treasury professional with over 15 years of experience, specializing in financial strategy, risk management, and capital markets.

As Assistant Vice President, Corporate Assistant Treasurer at Kellanova, she plays a key role in optimizing financial resources, ensuring liquidity, and managing strategic funding initiatives.

Previously, Kiera spent over a decade at Kellogg Company, where she advanced through several treasury leadership roles, including Assistant Treasurer and European Treasury Risk Manager.

She has extensive experience in capital markets strategy, ratings agency management, and regulatory compliance. Earlier in her career, she held treasury roles at Pfizer and KPMG, building a strong foundation in accounting and financial risk management.

Kiera holds a Master’s in Accounting from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a BComm in Accounting from UCD Quinn School of Business.

Julia Donegan

Global Treasury Director at Newell Brands Inc

Julia is the Global Treasury Director at Newell Brands Inc with responsibility for liquidity and treasury operations in 46 countries. She has over 15 years’ experience in treasury operations, including cash and liquidity management, complex treasury development and restructuring driven by Tax and legal requirements, financial reporting and change management. Julia developed the Dublin Treasury operations team from start up to currently comprising 7 colleagues, as well as managing Newells’ Treasury Operations team in the US. Under Julia’s leadership, the team have successfully reconfigured the company’s banking structure, standardised processes across EMEA and migrated the Asia Pacific (APAC) treasury function from Hong Kong to Dublin.

In 2024, Julia and team won the Adam Smith Best Transaction Management Solution award for her work with Newell on transforming the European banking structure and implementing a multi entity, multi-currency notional pool with our partner bank.

Prior to joining Newell, Julia was treasury team lead at Pfizer, responsible for cash and liquidity management and implementation of strategic projects. She holds a BSc Management (Finance), a Masters in Business Studies, and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).

Keith Lynch

Senior Director, Global Treasury Centre of Excellence, Viatris

Keith is a seasoned treasury leader with over 27 years of experience across both corporate and banking sectors. As Senior Director of the Global Treasury Centre of Excellence at Viatris, he brings a clear, pragmatic approach to navigating complex financial landscapes.

Throughout his career, Keith has held senior roles at globally recognised organisations including Citi, Doosan, and KPMG. He has successfully led high-performing treasury teams through large-scale transformations and award-winning initiatives, consistently driving strategic value.

His core areas of expertise include:

Cash management and liquidity planning
Foreign exchange (FX), credit, and operational risk
Treasury systems and technology implementation
Treasury transformation and operational excellence
Shared services optimisation and continuous improvement

He is a former President of the Irish Association of Corporate Treasurers and holds qualifications from Trinity College Dublin, the Institute of Bankers, and the Association of Corporate Treasurers (AMCT) in London.
