Summa serves as the Associate Vice President of Treasury for Victoria’s Secret & Co. She is responsible for enterprise cash management, corporate finance, capital markets, and financial institution relationship management and likewise serves as Lead for Mosaic, VS&Co.’s African American and Black Associates Inclusion Resource Group.

A seasoned leader, Summa has decades of experience supporting the operational success and strategic initiatives for several major companies, including Cardinal Health, Inc., NiSource Inc., General Electric, and Morgan Stanley. Sandra Ramos Alves

Senior Vice President & Treasurer at Bristol Myers Squibb

Sandra Ramos Alves has been serving as Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Bristol Myers Squibb since 2021, where she has successfully transformed the organization into an award-winning team. Under her leadership, the team has garnered numerous accolades, including the prestigious Adam Smith Top Treasury Team Award twice, six Alexander Hamilton Awards, and two Treasury Excellence EuroFinance Awards. These honors highlight their exceptional work in advancing financial and operational risk management, financing and liquidity, and technology.

Sandra joined Bristol Myers Squibb in 2019 through the acquisition of Celgene Corporation, where she held the position of Vice President and Assistant Treasurer. She currently chairs the Pension & Savings Committee and serves as a Director of the Captive insurance company. During her tenure at Celgene, which began in 2005, she held roles of increasing responsibility, ultimately becoming Executive Director and Assistant Treasurer. At Celgene, she built a best-in-class Treasury organization, established financial risk management programs and banking infrastructure, optimized the capital structure, and financed multiple acquisitions in the debt capital markets.

From 2002 to 2005, Sandra worked at Cendant Corporation, focusing on international Treasury and foreign exchange risk management. She began her career in 1995 in the Finance Leadership Program at AT&T and Lucent Technologies. During these early years, Sandra leveraged her language skills while living in Guadalajara, Mexico for a year, supporting Lucent’s consumer products manufacturing operations. She then transitioned to internal audit, conducting operational and financial audits throughout South America, which led to a year in Campinas, Brazil, where she led the financial integration of two acquisitions. Sandra embarked on her Treasury career in 2001 upon returning to the United States.

Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Spanish from Rutgers University and a Master of Science degree in Accounting with a focus on Strategic Cost Management and Entrepreneurial Finance from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Additionally, she is a Certified Public Accountant.

Sandra resides in New Jersey with her husband and two children. She enjoys traveling with her family, exploring new places, and learning about different cultures. In her spare time, she has a passion for amateur photography.

Frank Melaccio

Vice President, Finance & Treasurer at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey

Frank Melaccio joined Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ in July 2017 as Vice President, Finance and Treasurer. In his role, Frank is responsible for Investments, Treasury, Strategic Sourcing, Enterprise Vendor Management, Government Programs Finance, Tax, and Corporate Insurance.

Prior to joining Horizon BCBSNJ, Frank was Vice President, Treasurer, and Chief Risk Officer for EmblemHealth based in New York City.  Prior to EmblemHealth, Frank worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in its Structured Finance Group as well as the Bank of New York Mellon.

Frank is an adjunct professor at Hofstra University’s Frank G. Zarb School of Business where he teaches graduate courses in Derivatives Markets and Healthcare Finance.

Frank holds an MBA in finance from Hofstra University and a BS in both finance and economics from Fordham University.

He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
