Associate Vice President of Treasury for Victoria’s Secret & Co.

Summa serves as the Associate Vice President of Treasury for Victoria’s Secret & Co. She is responsible for enterprise cash management, corporate finance, capital markets, and financial institution relationship management and likewise serves as Lead for Mosaic, VS&Co.’s African American and Black Associates Inclusion Resource Group.

A seasoned leader, Summa has decades of experience supporting the operational success and strategic initiatives for several major companies, including Cardinal Health, Inc., NiSource Inc., General Electric, and Morgan Stanley. She is a graduate of African American Leadership Academy (AALA) and a deeply engaged civic leader committed to mentorship, workplace diversity initiatives, and the advancement of the Columbus community. Sandra Ramos Alves

Senior Vice President & Treasurer at Bristol Myers Squibb

Sandra Ramos-Alves has been Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Bristol Myers Squibb since 2021 where she has been transforming the organization into an award-winning team.  She joined the company in 2019 with the acquisition of Celgene Corporation as Vice President and Assistant Treasurer.  She sits as the Chair of the Pension & Savings Committee and is an active Director of the Captive insurance company.

While at Celgene, she was Executive Director and Assistant Treasurer and held roles of increasing responsibility since joining in 2005.  She had the opportunity to stand up and build a best-in-class Treasury organization, established the financial risk management programs and the banking infrastructure, optimized the capital structure, and financed multiple acquisitions in the debt capital markets.

Sandra was with Cendant Corporation from 2002-2005 where she focused on international Treasury and foreign exchange risk management.  She began her career in 1995 as part of the Finance Leadership Program at AT&T and Lucent Technologies.  During those formative years, Sandra made the most of her language skills as she lived in Guadalajara, Mexico for a year supporting Lucent’s consumer products manufacturing operations, and then transitioned to internal audit and performed operational and financial audits throughout South America, which lead to a year in Campinas, Brazil leading the financial integration of two acquisitions.  She commenced her Treasury journey in 2001 when she returned to the US.

Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Spanish from Rutgers University and a Master of Science in Accounting with a concentration in Strategic Cost Management and Entrepreneurial Finance from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.

She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
