The role combines hands-on treasury leadership with transformation, debt management, acquisitions and strategic projects across a global portfolio of businesses.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading global cash management, liquidity planning, cash positioning, forecasting and working capital optimisation
  • Reviewing 13-week cash flow forecasts and analysing liquidity and forecast variances
  • Managing debt covenant monitoring, compliance processes, lender reporting and interpretation of credit agreements
  • Developing treasury reporting, dashboards, forecasting tools and scalable processes
  • Managing banking relationships, account administration, KYC, signatories and banking infrastructure
  • Supporting acquisitions, including treasury due diligence, banking transitions and post-acquisition integration
  • Developing treasury policies, controls and governance
  • Partnering with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal and senior leadership
  • Helping develop and lead the treasury team as the function continues to grow

The Candidate

You will ideally have 8+ years’ experience across treasury, banking, corporate finance, private equity operations or a related environment.

You should bring strong experience across:

  • Cash flow forecasting and liquidity management
  • Working capital optimisation
  • Debt compliance and financial modelling
  • Treasury transformation and process improvement
  • Project management and cross-functional stakeholder management

You will need to be comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level, with the ability to explain complex financial issues clearly and influence senior stakeholders.

A CTP, insurance or financial services experience, and exposure to M&A integration would all be beneficial, but are not essential.

Why consider it?

This is a chance to join a treasury function at an important stage of its development.

You will work directly with the Treasurer, take ownership across a broad treasury remit and play a meaningful role in developing the processes, controls, systems and team that will support the business as it continues to grow and acquire.

For someone who enjoys building and improving treasury, rather than simply maintaining what already exists, this offers a strong next step.
