The Role

Reporting to the Head of Treasury Operations, the Global  Senior Treasury  & Finance Analyst will be pivotal in managing complex and ad-hoc treasury operations, including M&A closings, capital increases, and intercompany settlements. This position is essential to the Group’s strategic initiatives, particularly in streamlining business structures and ensuring compliance with treasury policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily cash management activities, including cash positioning, forecasting, creating cash pools
  • Lead ad-hoc and complex treasury operations, including M&A closings and centralised intercompany assignments
  • Manage Group-level dividend campaigns from analysis to distribution.
  • Oversee bank guarantee facilities, optimizing utilization and coordinating with banks for issuance and amendments.
  • Ensure functional setup of cash management tools in line with security protocols.
  • Collaborate with Tax, Legal, and accounting teams to support cross-functional operations.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CTP, CFA) is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of treasury experience, ideally within a large multinational organisation.

You will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently to contribute to all Treasury activities and projects. You will be proactive, supporting change and working in an agile environment.

In addition, you will have:

  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in Cash Management, dividends, M&A, settlements and bank guarantees
  • Strong IT and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, etc.).
  • Experience with treasury systems such as Kyriba or Fairways is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
