Senior Manager, Corporate Treasury
Global Consumer Business | New Jersey / NYC (Hybrid)
We’re working with a global consumer business to appoint a Senior Manager into its corporate treasury team.
This is a senior, high-exposure role with a clear focus on cash forecasting, liquidity visibility and treasury systems.
It will suit someone who enjoys owning core treasury processes, improving how things work, and working across the business to deliver better forecasting, better reporting and stronger cash insight.
This is NOT a broad treasury generalist role.
It is a role for someone who wants to take the lead on cash management, own the forecasting agenda, and play a central role in making the treasury set-up more effective, more joined-up and more useful to the wider business.
What you’ll be doing

Lead the global 13-week cash flow forecasting process, with responsibility for accuracy, consistency and continuous improvement

Take ownership of interest income and expense forecasting, including modelling, analysis and variance commentary

Act as the key owner of the treasury management system, Kyriba, ensuring it is being used effectively and helping drive further optimisation

Play a hands-on role in improving how the business uses treasury technology, including supporting the continued development of liquidity planning capabilities

Oversee global cash reporting and provide clear, decision-useful insight to senior treasury and finance stakeholders

Work closely with FP&A, Accounting, Tax and business teams to improve forecast inputs, strengthen discipline and create better visibility across the organisation

Manage and develop a small team while contributing to broader treasury improvement initiatives

Help shape the role over time by identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working

What they’re looking for

Around 7+ years’ experience in corporate treasury or a related finance role

Strong experience in cash flow forecasting, liquidity and cash management
-
Hands-on experience with Kyriba or another treasury management system

Someone comfortable working in a detailed, operationally important role with real ownership

A confident communicator who can work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Experience operating in a multinational environment
