We are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading global retail group in their search for a Treasury Analyst
The Company
Our client is a privately owned international group operating across a diversified portfolio that includes asset management, brand-led activities, and global consumer operations.
The Role
The Treasury Analyst supports the effective management of the Group’s global liquidity, funding, and foreign exchange activities, helping to ensure strong cash visibility and financial flexibility. The role focuses on delivering operational excellence across Treasury, with responsibility for day-to-day cash and FX management, intercompany funding, and treasury systems.
A key element of the role is supporting the modernisation and streamlining of Treasury processes, leveraging technology and automation to improve efficiency, control, and insight. Working closely with the Assistant Treasurer, Cash Manager, and Group Treasurer, the role contributes to a robust and forward-looking Treasury function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage intercompany funding, including documentation and reporting
- Support cash forecasting, liquidity reporting, and FX exposure management
- Assist with hedging activity and executing FX transactions in line with policy
- Prepare regular cash and liquidity reporting for senior stakeholders
- Take a lead role with the Treasury Management System
The Candidate
- Experience within a corporate treasury environment
- Ideally you will be studying towards a treasury qualification which demonstrates your commitment to professional development
- Strong experience with Treasury Management Systems and banking platforms
- Strong Excel skills with strong analytical capability
- High level of integrity, diligence, and attention to detail.
- Interest in treasury technology, automation, and data-driven insight.
