We are supporting a growing international insurance business with the appointment of a Treasury Analyst (Systems) to join its International Treasury team.
This is a varied role offering a genuine blend of business-as-usual treasury activity and treasury systems projects. You will work across treasury operations, banking and payments while also supporting the continued development and use of Kyriba across the international business.
The role offers hybrid working.
The Role
As a snapshot, some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting day-to-day treasury operations across cash management, payments, banking and reconciliations
- Monitoring and resolving statement and payment interfaces between international banking partners, Kyriba and internal systems
- Supporting and developing Kyriba across key treasury modules, processes and reporting
- Supporting payment automation and connectivity between banking partners, treasury and internal systems
- Getting involved in treasury systems projects, process improvements and automation initiatives
The Candidate
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years’ treasury experience, gained within treasury operations, back office or front office, who is technology savvy and interested in combining their treasury knowledge with systems and project work.
You will have:
- A good working knowledge of Kyriba
- Hands-on experience within treasury operations, back office or front office
- A good understanding of cash management, payments, banking and reconciliation processes
- Strong systems skills with a genuine interest in treasury technology, automation and process improvement
- A proactive approach with the ability to problem-solve, work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience within a large corporate treasury or shared services environment would be advantageous, as would exposure to Power BI and ERP/bank interfaces.
Culture & Fit
This role would suit someone who enjoys the operational side of treasury but is also naturally drawn to systems and technology.
You will need to be comfortable moving between BAU treasury responsibilities and systems-focused projects, with a proactive approach to identifying improvements and solving problems.
