We’re recruiting a Treasury Lead role within a fast-growing insurance business where treasury is genuinely embedded in the organisation.
Working closely with the Treasurer, you’ll operate in a small, collaborative team with exposure far beyond traditional treasury responsibilities, including hedging, capital markets, liquidity strategy, and investment operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on, commercially focused treasury role with broad exposure across liquidity, risk management, treasury operations, and strategic projects.
You’ll be involved in:
• Cash positioning, liquidity management, and forecasting
• Payments, investments, FX activity, and banking relationships
• FX and interest rate risk management and hedging activity
• Treasury reporting, analysis, and stakeholder insights
• Liquidity planning and treasury strategy projects
• Kyriba implementation and treasury infrastructure development
• Working closely with finance, operations, and senior leadership across the business
This is not a narrow operational treasury role.
You’ll play a visible part in helping shape a growing treasury function within a fast-moving business environment.
