We are delighted to be exclusively retained on a Treasury Transformation Manager appointment for a globally recognised luxury consumer business undergoing a significant period of treasury and systems transformation.
The Company
Our client is an iconic global luxury organisation with a long-established international footprint across fashion, beauty and lifestyle categories. The business operates at scale across multiple regions and is known for its strong brand heritage, craftsmanship, and premium positioning.
The treasury function plays a pivotal role in supporting the group’s strategy, liquidity management, funding and financial risk management. As part of a broader transformation agenda, the function is evolving both its operating model and technology landscape, including a strategic relocation of treasury activity to London.
The Role
The Treasury Transformation Manager will act as Business Application Owner for core treasury systems and will play a central role in delivering treasury change initiatives across systems, processes and controls.
Working closely with treasury, IT and external partners, the role will lead the design and implementation of solutions that enhance efficiency, automation and governance across the global treasury landscape.
This is a highly visible role with meaningful ownership and long-term transformation scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional and technical treasury transformation projects across systems and processes
- Act as Business Application Owner for treasury platforms, liaising with IT, vendors and banking partners
- Define functional requirements, solution design and system enhancements
- Manage and coordinate testing activities (including UAT) for projects and incidents
- Support regional and global treasury operations teams on system-related topics
- Drive training, documentation and knowledge transfer for treasury applications
- Perform periodic access reviews and support strong control and governance frameworks
- Partner closely with Finance, Tax, Accounting, FP&A and other transformation teams
The Candidate
- Strong experience in treasury systems and processes within an international environment
- Demonstrated involvement in Treasury Management System (TMS) implementations or enhancements
- Experience with Reval and/or payment and bank connectivity solutions is highly desirable
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of treasury, technology and change delivery
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
