Director / Global Cash Management at SABIC

Engin is a seasoned treasury and finance professional with nearly two decades of international experience across corporate treasury, cash management, and banking.

He is currently Director of Global Cash Management at SABIC, responsible for global liquidity strategy and treasury operations.

Before stepping into this role, Engin served as Senior Treasury Manager at SABIC Capital, driving corporate finance and strategy initiatives.

His career also includes four years at The HEINEKEN Company, where he combined treasury and insurance expertise with business partnering roles in digital transformation and advanced analytics.

Earlier, Engin spent more than a decade in banking with GarantiBank International, progressing from Junior Dealer to Head of FX & Derivatives.

Engin holds an LL.M. in Business and Trade Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a B.A. in Economics from Sabancı University in Istanbul.

Ayca Arisoy-Kilic

Treasurer & Global Head at Bunge

Ayca is a seasoned treasury and finance executive with over 20 years of international experience spanning corporate banking, energy, and agribusiness.

She is currently Treasurer and Global Head at Bunge, leading treasury operations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, while also overseeing global cash management, FX dealing, and treasury technology.

She also serves as a board member for multiple Bunge entities. Since joining Bunge in 2016, Ayca has held progressive leadership roles, including Global Head of Capital Markets & Treasurer for EMEA & Asia.

Earlier in her career, Ayca spent over a decade at Shell, where she held senior finance and treasury positions in London and The Hague. Her roles included Regional Finance Head for Sub-Saharan Africa, Deputy Treasurer for Downstream Global, and Treasury Manager for Downstream Europe.

She began her career in corporate banking with Citigroup and HSBC.

Ayca is a certified International Cash Manager (ACT), an ACMA with CIMA, and has completed executive programs at INSEAD and IMD.

Mania Kimpezi

Director, Global Treasury Operations at LyondellBasell

Mania is an accomplished treasury leader with over 20 years of experience across FMCG, food & beverage, banking, and financial services.

She currently serves as Director of Global Treasury Operations at LyondellBasell, where she oversees cash management, financing, payments, FX exposure reporting, and treasury systems.

Before joining LyondellBasell, Mania spent nearly 15 years at Coca-Cola HBC, progressing through a series of senior treasury roles.

Her career began in banking at Bank of Cyprus, where she gained expertise in asset management, stock exchange transactions, and IPO processes, before moving into corporate treasury.

Recognized as the Overall Winner of Best Liquidity Management Solution, Mania is known for her can-do attitude, results-driven mindset, and collaborative leadership style.

Fluent in English, German, and Italian, she combines deep technical treasury knowledge with a passion for building effective teams and delivering innovative financial solutions.
