About this episode
The world has changed in the past three years and, with that, comes changes within the treasury profession that will shape the future of the industry.
Our guest on this episode is Richard Bostock, Head of Partnerships & Business Development at C-Innovation.
However, we’re ringing the changes. CEO, founder and host of The Treasury Career Corner, Mike Richards, is in the hot seat for part of the show, as he and Richard lead an open conversation about how the treasury recruitment landscape has changed over the past few years.
They discuss the pandemic and how it has changed treasury recruitment for good, making predictions and preparing for the future and the fast-moving world of Fintech.
Richard previously appeared on the show back in episode 65, How the Treasury Recruitment Industry Has Changed Over 20 Years: Mike Richards in Conversation with Richard Bostock.
Richard began his career as a Cash Manager & Treasury Analyst at UPS, working in the U.K., France and Bulgaria. He then moved on to become a Business Consultant at Wallstreet Systems, Senior Consultant at Accenture and Consultant & Project Manager at Santander.
He took a position in France as Program Manager for BNP Paribas before returning to the U.K., providing professional services to banking clients as the owner of PERYN LTD.
In Switzerland, he became Project Manager with STOXX Ltd before freelancing in 2016.
Since 2016, Richard has worked for Swiss Re, UBS, Credit Suisse and Skyguide.
Richard is currently Head of Partnerships & Business Development at C-Innovation.
He has a BEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Southampton and an MSc in Market & Corporate Finance from IAE France.
