As the lead for our European practice, Katie is your go-to contact for any recruitment needs within the region. Boasting over 18 years in the field, she brings a diverse blend of experience from specialized agency recruitment to leading in-house recruitment teams. This vast range of hands-on experience has equipped her with an exceptional understanding of our partners’ needs. Katie is experienced in stakeholder management, in-house recruitment strategy, HR, outplacement and career coaching skills from her successful track record within Talent Acquisition.

Joe is your key point of contact if you are based in the United States or have any hiring needs, as he is based in Metro Detroit and runs our U.S. practice. He has over 17 years’ experience in recruiting, including individual contributor and leadership roles across agency and corporate recruitment functions. His success in recruiting has come from focusing on relationships and taking a consultative approach to every search, whether you’re looking for your next opportunity or looking to hire your next team member. His pragmatic approach allows him to focus on what making the right decision for all parties, while removing bias. His focus is on building our network and delivering for our partners across the U.S. and his goal is to be a trusted partner for practitioners when they are looking for their next role or looking to add to their team.

Carly is the PA to our CEO Mike Richards and the first person most people will speak to when they call the office. Having spent over 10 years supporting recruiters in the Oil and Gas industry she realised that Treasury was the sector to be in so joined the team. Carly’s main role is to support Mike on the day to day office activities whether that be managing his diary, helping on the latest retainer project or simply making Mikes life a little easier!
