Key Accountabilities

  • Responsibility for the valuation of financial instruments as well as support of treasury accounting with regard to balance sheet presentation including hedge accounting
    Conceptual participation in the development, updating and further development of the accounting concept for financial instruments
  • Technical support and advice on the definition of the corporate finance strategy, in particular in the area of foreign currency, commodity price and interest rate risk management, as well as implementation of the strategy in cooperation with the front office of Porsche AG
  • Implementation of projects in the corporate finance and treasury environment
    Preparation of reports and decision-making papers for the Management Board and Supervisory Board
  • Maintenance of the corporate finance framework and adaptation of processes to changing regulatory requirements

The Candidate

  • Successfully completed studies in economics, mathematics or comparable
  • Many years of relevant professional experience (usually 5 years)
  • Very good knowledge of quantitative corporate finance as well as in-depth methodological knowledge regarding the valuation of financial instruments (especially derivative financial instruments)
  • Experience in the management of financial risks and the accounting of financial instruments under IFRS and HGB
  • Business fluent in English
  • Structured, conceptual and analytical way of working as well as strong teamwork, integration and communication skills
  • High sense of responsibility and independence as well as a high level of commitment
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or treasury management systems desirable
