Lisa Dukes:

Actively involved in promoting corporate best practices, Lisa shares insights in global publications. Her recent focus involves crafting innovative solutions across the corporate finance spectrum, earning accolades for their effectiveness.
Lisa’s influence extends to leadership roles, including membership in the FX Joint Standing Committee and serving as the UK Representative to the Global FX Committee.
Chris King:
Chris brings over two decades of corporate finance experience to the table. Starting his career at EY, he earned his ACA and ventured into various commercial roles across diverse sectors.
During his tenure at Vita Group, Chris managed financing, divestments, and corporate finance risks, notably navigating a private equity exit program over nine years. He also played a pivotal role in a subsidiary’s management buyout, driving transformative change and maintaining an advisory role.
Later, Chris collaborated with Lisa at Drax, where they revolutionized corporate finance practices, yielding significant value through innovative derivatives execution, working capital optimization, and diverse financing strategies. This successful collaboration laid the foundation for co-founding Dukes & King.
