Contingent Search

The traditional method of recruiting junior positions. Usually targets only those candidates who are actively seeking a new role. Often used as a multiple agency approach where everyone is instructed at once.


Exclusive Search

A better solution for junior and mid-level positions as candidates are approached by one agency rather than as a group.

Working with one dedicated recruitment partner for a defined period lessening the risk to both client and consultancy – more of a partnership approach.

The consultancy can dedicate greater time and resource to the search as the risk to business is less.
Still offers the benefit of a pay-on-success ‘contingent’ method but the campaign is managed in a targeted, time defined and controlled manner.


Retained Search

Full retained search service, involving payment in 2 or 3 stages based on commencement, shortlist and completion of assignment.

The preferred solution for mid-level to senior level roles or those requiring a confidential search.

So what are our fees? Well it depends!

It usually depends on how you want to recruit a treasury role but usually, we recommend one of THREE solutions and these then affect the fee;

SOLUTION 1 – CONTINGENT SEARCH

“No-Win, No-Fee” / “No Cure, No Fee”
Full fee if we successfully find someone for you!

We do the work, but we take 100% of the risk!

SOLUTION 2 – RETAINED SEARCH

Retainer, Shortlist Fee, Completion
You pay for the time we take to find you the right person.

SOLUTION THREE – STAGED SEARCH

Retainer, Completion Fee

The overall fee may be lower than Contingent Search where we take all the risk but it may be higher than Retained Search fee as the risk is higher to us. Each of these solutions attract differing fee levels based upon the relevant level of risk/reward to our business.
