In this episode of the Treasury Career Corner podcast, I’m joined by Hans Grundström, the Treasury Manager & Director at Getinge Group. Hans is Swedish but received his business degree from Trinity College Dublin and lived in Ireland for 20 years working for Getinge, CITI, and Accenture. Today, Hans is the Treasury Director of an intercompany lending operation for Getinge. The company was founded in 1904 in the small town of Getinge in Sweden. It’s a leading global provider of products and systems that contribute to quality enhancement and cost efficiency within healthcare and life sciences. Getinge provides hospitals and life science institutions with products and solutions aiming to improve clinical results and optimise workflows. Their offering includes solutions for intensive care, cardiovascular procedures, operating rooms, sterile reprocessing and life science. They currently employ more than 10,000 employees worldwide with operations in more than 40 countries.
